As opposed to a data scientist, this position calls for a proactive communicator to handle phone interactions with clients, making sure that problems are addressed, escalated as needed, and quickly remedied. In order to deliver useful insights, you'll also be crucial in the analysis and documentation of the data you gather throughout your conversations.
• Handle Customer Interactions: Have direct conversations with customers to obtain information about fraud situations, making sure to follow up thoroughly and escalate cases in a timely manner as needed. • Process Fraud Tickets: With precision and close attention to detail, handle each fraud ticket that comes through Freshdesk. • Determine and Elevate Leads: Determine possible fraud leads and elevate them as necessary. • Record and Report: Clearly show management by accurately recording fraud incidents on our SharePoint tracker. • Enforce our Fraud Risk Management Policy by disciplining sales force employees who engage in inappropriate behaviour and sending them to HR for further action. • Conduct checks: Complete sales KYC fidelity checks, provide weekly reports, and alert stakeholders to any problems. • Analyze Data: Upholding strict criteria for data quality, provide analysis and reporting on the frequency of fraud. • Reporting on a daily and monthly basis: Create monthly plans for field investigations and submit daily reporting on audits and ticket resolutions. • Track Performance: Keep tabs on the credit metrics and fraud indications that sales representatives are using. • Answering Enquiries: Respond to all leads and questions regarding fraud within the allotted time frames. • Assist in Case Closure: Assist the team in concluding all fraud cases within the stipulated time frames.
• Experience dealing with consumers in person or by phone • Candidates that possess a strong technical background, real-world experience, and a passion for fraud detection are what we're searching for. • Experience with technologies like SQL, Looker, Notion, and Excel. • Excellent communication and presenting abilities. • Although it is ideal to have at least a year of work experience in a comparable or related capacity, fresh graduates who are eager to learn and highly motivated are also welcome to apply.
