Social Media Marketing Specialist

Overview

You will play a crucial role in managing our online presence, helping with various marketing projects, and helping our social media & Community Manager create and implement interesting content. You will be instrumental in accomplishing our marketing objectives, raising audience engagement, and promoting brand recognition in this capacity.

Responsibilities

• Work with the marketing team to implement a thorough social media strategy on a variety of channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and so forth. • Make interesting and excellent text, photo, video, GIF, and meme material for social networking. • To ensure that future content is optimized for optimal engagement and reach, plan and publish material in accordance with a strategy schedule, evaluate performance indicators, and spot patterns. • Help with the planning, creation, and implementation of social media promotions and campaigns to increase brand recognition and accomplish marketing goals. • Keep up of market developments and recognize popular subjects and hashtags to include in your content to expand your audience and boost interaction.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree (or comparable experience) in marketing, communications, or a related subject • Proficiency in initiating community projects (such as constructing an online discussion board, initiating an ambassador program, organizing a series of events, and crafting an email newsletter) • The capacity to recognize and monitor pertinent community measures, such as recurring attendance at events • Shown aptitude for producing excellent, captivating social media content in a variety of genres • Strong familiarity with algorithms, social media platforms, and best practices • Strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking, with a talent for creating captivating captions • A data-driven strategy with meticulous attention to detail and a drive for ongoing development • Knowledge of the fundamentals of graphic and video editing programs • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset • Capacity to function well both alone and in a group A readiness to pick up new skills and adjust to changing trends and technology
