• Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to software applications, systems, and infrastructure. • Application Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and configuration changes, to ensure application stability and performance. • Technical Support: Provide level 2-3 technical support to end-users, resolving complex technical issues via phone, email, or in-person. • Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on business operations. • Knowledge Management: Document and maintain technical knowledge bases, including troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and resolution procedures. • Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, IT operations, and stakeholders to ensure seamless application integration, testing, and deployment.
• Technical support and application support abilities • Proficiency in analysis for efficient troubleshooting Knowledge of supporting services and apps in Linux and Windows systems • The capacity to use Powershell or Shell scripting to automate operations • Powerful communication abilities • Capacity to operate both individually and together • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Expertise in IT support or software development • A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar discipline
