This position's primary goal is to execute the company's strategy, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the Treasury Sales business plan. From lead generation to closing currency deals with new customers, the Treasury Sales Officer will be in charge of cultivating new forex connections.
• Boost the company's Treasury product sales. • Create and carry out sales strategies to draw in new clients. • Obtaining new clients should take up at least 90% of your time. • To increase the number of clients, take part in lead creation and market scoping. • Close FX transactions and introduce treasury solutions to prospective customers. • Oversee a group of foreign exchange clients and deals. • Retain frequent communication and everyday interaction with clients. • Maintain regular in-person contacts with Treasury clients. • Keep an eye on pending customer transactions and guarantee fair compensation. • Serve as the relationship team's main point of contact for clients. • Assist the Head of Treasury Sales in closely bringing on new, qualified clients. • Finish the client scoping process and seek out chances to showcase Treasury products. • Make sure the Treasury trading desk handles all foreign exchange transactions. • Work along with the Treasury dealer to oversee the FX trading activities. • Report on client meetings on a daily or weekly basis, including market scoping and profiling. • Provide an update on the client portfolio's growth, volume, profitability, and state of client boarding. • Help the Treasury Head with requests for ad hoc reports. • Keep up a solid compliance culture and follow all guidelines and standards established by the business. • Make sure every deal stays within the allotted budget.
• Business administration, banking, finance, or a similar discipline as an undergraduate degree. • Having professional credentials is advantageous. • five years minimum of experience in banking, preferably in treasury sales. It is quite ideal to have relevant expertise in retail banking, SMEs, corporate banking, wealthy banking, or treasury. • A strong clientele and a track record that demonstrates a thorough understanding of Treasury. • Extensive familiarity with contemporary financial services industry sales and marketing strategies. • Excellent customer relationship management and sales abilities. • Strong knowledge of the treasury function and excellent networking skills. • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to collect, examine, and understand data in order to offer solutions to clients. • Business savvy with the capacity to act quickly and decisively in order to optimise forex profits.
