Responsibilities

• setting up, keeping an eye on, and maintaining company servers and firewalls to guarantee peak security and performance. • putting cybersecurity controls in place for all IT systems to fend off attacks. • installing, repairing, and debugging the hardware, software, and network infrastructure of the business to guarantee that all connections and devices are secure and functional. • overseeing and preserving the company's CRM (customer relationship management) system and website. • Additional duties delegated by the department head.

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Computer Science from an accredited university, or its equivalent. • Two (2) years or more of minimum related job experience. • Professional certificates in pertinent fields in IT. • Competence with servers, databases, and networks. • Proficiency with software from Microsoft.
