Warehouse Manager

Overview

Looking for a seasoned and committed warehouse manager to supervise the effective receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.

Responsibilities

• Handle warehouse operations: Take charge of the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, such as order fulfilment, inventory control, and prompt product distribution. • Team leadership: Maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity by supervising, educating, and inspiring warehouse workers. • Inventory control: Keep your stock levels at ideal levels by conducting audits and routine inventory checks. • Compliance with health and safety laws and corporate policies: Make sure the warehouse follows these guidelines. • Process improvement: Create effective warehouse procedures, put them into place, and make the most use of available space. • Cooperation: To guarantee efficient departmental coordination, collaborate closely with the teams in charge of production, purchasing, and logistics. • Reporting: For management review, compile frequent reports on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse performance.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a similar discipline. • A track record of success with five or more years as a warehouse manager or in a related logistics/warehouse position, ideally in the manufacturing sector. • Strong familiarity with safety rules, inventory management systems, and warehouse operations (e.g., SAP, WMS). • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. • The capacity to operate in a deadline-driven, fast-paced workplace. • Knowledge of safety and health regulations.
