Fleet manager - Mechanical Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a professional and experienced Mechanical Engineer - Fleet Manager to join our team. The chosen applicant will be in charge of fixing, maintaining, and managing our fleet of trucks and light cars, making sure they run well and have little downtime.

Responsibilities

• In charge of light car and heavy-duty truck maintenance and repairs, including MAN, DAF, and Howo trucks. • Perform regular diagnostics and inspections to find possible mechanical problems early. • Arrange and plan for routine maintenance to guarantee the fleet runs as efficiently as possible. • Oversee the fleet maintenance staff and, if required, work with outside service suppliers. • Keep track of the tools and replacement parts that are needed for repairs. • Verify adherence to corporate rules and safety regulations. • Keep thorough records of the maintenance, repairs, and fuel used by your car.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years' experience maintaining fleets, particularly MAN, DAF, and Howo vehicles. • Mechanical engineering bachelor's degree, or a similar degree. • Strong technical abilities in both light and heavy-duty truck mechanical diagnosis and repair. • Proficiency in fleet management and aptitude in managing and supervising a group of technicians. • Familiarity with industrial safety norms and procedures. • Strong capacity to solve problems and perform well under duress. • Outstanding communication and organizing abilities.
