Responsibilities

• Determine and approach possible customers, cultivate and create a robust sales funnel. • Create and preserve enduring connections with customers by learning about their needs and offering tailored solutions. • Work closely with teams to guarantee that projects are completed on time. • Deliver product offerings to customers, emphasizing the advantages and value proposition. • Close sales agreements while maintaining long-term client loyalty through negotiation. • Work together with internal teams to guarantee client service and order fulfillment. • Keep abreast with market dynamics, rivalry, and industry developments. • Analyze data, track sales performance, and provide management regular reports.

Requirements

• A track record of success in a sales-related position, ideally in the hotel or furniture manufacturing industry, as a sales officer. • It is preferred to have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar discipline. • Strong understanding of sales concepts and strategies and a history of hitting or surpassing goals. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to establish rapport with clients and engage in productive negotiation. • Extremely focused, proactive, results-oriented, and enthusiastic about sales. • Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions. • Capacity to operate both individually and cooperatively in a group. • Need must be a licensed motorist with a current driver's license.
