To expand our team, we are looking for a motivated and skilled travel consultant. You will be essential to our clients' ability to have amazing travel experiences as a Travel Consultant. Your outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and travel planning ability will make a big difference in our clients' satisfaction and the success of our business.
• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget. • Itinerary Planning: Create personalized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation. • Destination Research: Stay up-to-date on destinations, travel restrictions, and local requirements. • Booking and Confirmation: Book travel arrangements, confirm reservations, and manage travel documents. • Travel Documentation: Prepare and provide travel documents, such as visas, passports, and travel insurance. • Customer Support: Provide pre-trip and post-trip support, addressing client concerns and resolving issues.
• A minimum of an HND in Travel and Tourism Management or Hospitality • Competent with Microsoft Office • Need to be adept at using social networking sites • Must be bold and self-assured • One to two years of work experience
