Implementing clients' HSE specifications, conducting routine inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international safety standards, managing onsite HSE for construction projects, and offering specialized training services to encourage compliance and improve employee well-being are just a few of the responsibilities.
• Perform routine HSE audits and inspections at building sites. • Determine any possible risks and provide remedies. • Create and evaluate HSE policies and protocols. • Provide site crew HSE instruction and direction. • Make sure all regional, national, and worldwide safety regulations are followed. • Writing reports and corresponding with clients about HSE issues. • Investigating accidents and putting preventative measures in place.
• NEBOSH Qualification at Level 3 or Equivalent (Required). • HSE qualification at level 6 or above (Advantageous). • Five years or more of experience in a construction HSE capacity. • It is advantageous to be familiar with Ghanaian building safety standards. • Willingness to work in several Ghanaian locations. • Solid understanding of best practices in the construction business and HSE legislation. • outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems. • The capacity to oversee several sites and operate autonomously. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • A proactive mindset with the capacity to uplift and inspire others
