In addition to supporting the marketing team, the work entails administering social media channels, helping with digital marketing campaigns, and producing interesting content. Even though the position is headquartered in Accra, working remotely is permitted.
• Produce captivating content (pictures, videos, etc.) for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social networking sites. • Produce and edit videos for social media, making sure they complement company objectives and messaging. • Utilizing programs like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable applications, create visuals and marketing collateral. • Utilize tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or comparable platforms to plan and manage your social media postings. • In order to maximize content initiatives, monitor and evaluate social media performance metrics. • Keep up on social media trends and make fresh content recommendations. • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and monitoring calendars. • Help with campaign planning, event coordination, and client meetings. • As needed, carry out research, write reports, and assist with project coordination.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation • Proficiency in crafting captivating and pertinent content; comprehension of search engine optimization techniques and digital marketing tactics • exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking • Capacity to operate both individually and jointly • Expertise in graphic design software is advantageous. • A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a similar discipline.
