Production Supervisor

Overview

A Production Supervisor is required immediately as they would be responsible for supervising regular production tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues that may emerge on the factory floor, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Confirming that production procedures adhere to business and legal requirements • Accurately completing all paperwork required to comply with regulations • Educating a production crew on the best practices for occupational health and safety • Outstanding organizational abilities to create production schedules and guarantee the availability of equipment and materials • Letting the production team members know what is expected of them and assessing their work • Putting together production reports and updating management • Effective time management abilities can reduce inefficiencies and guarantee team productivity • Ensuring the effective and appropriate use of all resources and assets • Compliance: Verify that all applicable IFS policies are being followed. • Cooperation: To get data and support audit operations, collaborate closely with other departments. • The capacity to remain composed under duress and act swiftly and wisely

Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor of Science in Food Science or Biochemistry. • Experience: It is preferred to have at least two years of experience in a comparable capacity with exposure. • Personal qualities: exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a strong work ethic, a high degree of integrity, and the capacity to operate both alone and collaboratively.
