Technical Business Analyst

Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and seasoned Technical Business Analyst to become a part of our vibrant digital team. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of digital engineering solutions as a key link between our technical development team and business stakeholders. Strong technical background, outstanding communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of digital technology and business processes are requirements for the perfect applicant.

Responsibilities

• Compile comprehensive requirements and business process analyses to guide the creation of digital engineering solutions. • Prioritize and record needs in cooperation with business stakeholders to make sure they are in line with the project's objectives. • Oversee customers and outside parties, including partners, suppliers, and any integration or services provided by other parties. • Convert business needs into technological specs and give development teams thorough, understandable documentation. • To guarantee the successful deployment of digital solutions, collaborate closely with engineers, testers, project managers, and business executives. • Assist technical teams and business stakeholders in communicating, so that all parties are aware of the objectives and status of the project. • Engage in active participation in all agile processes, including as backlog processing, sprint planning, and retrospectives. • Participate in company-wide initiatives for continual development. • Work together with internal and external teams to test deliverables and resources. • While new digital solutions are being implemented, give end users assistance and training.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a similar discipline. • Business Analysis: Demonstrated expertise in obtaining, evaluating, and recording business requirements in order to convert them into technical specifications for customers, development teams, and the business. • Strong analytical abilities, such as the capacity to decipher intricate data sets and offer useful insights to inform choices, are necessary for data analysis. • Communication: Strong communication abilities with the capacity to explain technical ideas to stakeholders who are not technical, and vice versa. • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of digital engineering frameworks and technologies, together with the capacity to successfully comprehend and explain technical ideas. • Project Management: I've proven that I can oversee projects from requirements collection to implementation, making sure that they are completed on schedule and with high quality.
