Overview

To meet all types of transportation needs, the sales executive will collaborate with the corporate community, governmental organizations, and political subdivisions. In addition, the Sales Associate is in charge of developing a program for referrals and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service while looking for ways to win over new clients or encourage repeat business. Case processing, handling intricate inquiries, and looking into and fixing client issues are a few examples of possible responsibilities. • Assistance in keeping an eye on and reviewing dealers' actions and performance in order to spot and address any non-compliance with company rules and OEM standards. • Look for ways to connect customers' demands with other items or services the company offers during sales encounters. • To create typical reports, extract and merge data. • When a basic issue is escalated, respond to it right away and correctly; obtain managerial approval as needed. • Sell straightforward goods and services to clients while adhering to established procedures. may also, or alternatively, entail giving a sales staff back-office support. • By continuing your education, going to conferences, and reading specialized publications, you can keep up with the latest developments in technology, external regulations, and industry best practices. • Develop one's own skills by taking part in activities for assessment and development planning, formal and informal coaching and training, and obtaining or maintaining external professional accreditation in order to boost output and reach one's full potential.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Study area of relevance is preferred. • Three or more years of experience selling cars. • Demonstrated expertise in marketing and customer relations for cars. • Works independently and offers technical assistance as needed to identify clients' specific needs as well as unanticipated opportunities and obstacles. • Works independently and offers technical assistance as needed to communicate the needs of the customer in the business context and language of the customer. • Strong communicator both in writing and speech. • Outstanding communication and presenting abilities.
