Audit Accountant

Overview

To expand our financial team, we are looking for an experienced and meticulous audit accountant. In addition to conducting financial audits and evaluating financial data, the Audit Accountant will also be in charge of making recommendations for enhancing financial procedures and guaranteeing regulatory compliance. Strong analytical abilities, a solid grasp of accounting principles, and auditing expertise are requirements for the perfect applicant.

Responsibilities

• To verify accuracy and regulatory compliance, conduct internal and external audits of financial statements and reports. • Examine and evaluate financial statements, reports, and systems to find inconsistencies or potential areas for development. • Create audit reports that include the conclusions, suggestions, and remedial measures. • Assess internal controls and make recommendations for improvements to increase effectiveness and protect corporate property. • Participate in the creation and execution of audit procedures and plans. • Work together with management and other departments to guarantee that the audit's findings are put into practice through corrective action. • Make sure that company policies, financial laws, and tax restrictions are all followed. • To aid in decision-making, offer risk evaluations and financial analyses. • Provide support in the creation of financial statements, such as cash flow, income, and balance sheets.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline. • Solid background working as an auditor, audit accountant, or in a related position. • Solid knowledge of financial regulations, auditing standards, and accounting principles. • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and accounting applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems. • Strong capacity to spot financial irregularities and pay close attention to details. • Good written and vocal communication abilities. • The capacity to function both alone and together. • Professional certificates are advantageous, such as ACCA, CPA, or CA.
