IT Personnel

Overview

We are looking for competent IT staff with experience in hardware setup for PCs and printers, internet installation and troubleshooting, and CCTV installation and maintenance. The ideal applicant will be in charge of overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, making sure network and hardware systems run well, and maintaining security measures like CCTV.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, and manage CCTV systems, making sure they are constantly maintained and completely functional. • Investigate and fix problems with CCTV connectivity and performance. • Install and maintain Wi-Fi access points, routers, and modems for internet networks. • Investigate problems with internet access and, if required, work with service providers. • Hardware for computers, such as desktops, laptops, printers, and other accessories, should be installed, configured, and maintained. • Assist users with technical matters, making sure that hardware, software, and network problems are promptly resolved. • Keep up with and update IT documentation, which includes a hardware and software inventory. • Perform preventive maintenance and regular inspections on all IT equipment. • Help put IT security measures into place to protect systems from outside attacks. • Employees should receive assistance and training on the usage of IT tools and systems.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, or a similar discipline. • Demonstrated expertise installing and maintaining CCTV systems. • Strong familiarity with network maintenance, troubleshooting, and internet setup. • With installing, configuring, and debugging devices on PCs, printers, and other accessories. • Knowledge of fundamental IT security procedures and guidelines. • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. • The capacity to work independently and effectively handle several things at once.
