Overview

Overall responsibility for the business's productivity and profitability, long-term viability, general development goals of the company, performance culture, people development, and human capital strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Create and put into practice an efficient human capital architecture that is in line with the corporate strategy and the organization's vision, purpose, and values. • Convert HRD strategies into operational results that include hiring, promoting, relocating employees, and other pertinent activities. • Launch and carry out suitable employee training initiatives and skill-development plans. • Create and implement affordable group and individual learning programs that improve the pertinent information and abilities required for company success. • Provide thought leadership on matters pertaining to human capital management, such as job evaluation, succession planning, and reward and recognition for performance management. • Establish and approve well-defined job objectives and targets in consultation with direct subordinates. Regularly assess accomplishments and offer advice and direction as needed. • Encourage the development of successful team engagement plans and initiatives to guarantee team member morale and retention. • When necessary, prepare and deliver reports on schedule. • Make sure that the company complies with all legal requirements, internal rules and procedures, and any local, state, and federal legislation. • Make sure the HR department complies with audit requirements. • Take the lead in establishing a corporate culture that encourages dedication, cooperation, growth, and productivity across the whole company.

Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a management role combined with an accredited university degree or professional diploma in management. • Professional certification is preferred. • Operational expertise, ideally in the finance sector Business savvy. • Recognizing and accepting the business model
