Overview

To carry out general administrative tasks, such as helping tenants apply for apartments, reminding them to pay their bills and renew their leases, organizing maintenance requests, informing management of problems, and composing resident-only memos with information.

Responsibilities

• Taking calls, handling inquiries, and allocating calls appropriately. • Obtaining reliable information and swiftly communicating it. • Maintaining and updating the phone diary every day. • Extending a cordial, friendly, and helpful greeting to each and every tenant and guest in the office. • Keeping an eye on guest access and being mindful of security. • Keeping track of and updating a work order, complaint, and roof access log list, marking the completion of tasks. • Keeping track of how often residents use the common areas (such the movie theater and the private gym). • Carrying out routine administrative tasks, such as keeping a supply inventory and issuing notices. • Completing routine office tasks, such sending bills and letters to tenants. • Collaborating with coworkers and other stakeholders to advance CPL's overarching business goals. guaranteeing the upholding and respect of confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• A degree in social sciences, business administration, or a related profession. • An extra benefit is having three (3) years of related experience. • Strong organizational and administrative abilities. • Both efficient communication and polite phone behavior. • Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to connect with a wide range of individuals. • Practical understanding of IT. • Abilities in providing customer service.
