The Marketing Officer will be essential in raising the institution's profile and public recognition, drawing in students for degree, diploma, and short course programs, and cultivating relationships with different stakeholders. Strategic planning, target-based work, and cooperation with the current marketing team are all part of the job description.
• Make weekly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans and put them into action. • Establish and meet targeted marketing goals to help increase student enrollment. • Increase public knowledge of the institution and its visibility. • Make in-person visits to businesses in order to form corporate training alliances. • Create partnerships with agencies to draw in students. • To increase outreach, establish relationships with language schools. • Keep up-to-date, well-organized records of all marketing-related actions. • Engage, follow up, and bring in business from current networks. • Work together with the marketing group to accomplish shared objectives. • Make sure you and the marketing team arrive on time and are prompt. • For efficient internet advertising, make use of Google Ad Manager and Facebook Ad Manager. • Ensure a consistent and powerful social media presence by publishing frequently.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline. • Demonstrated experience in a marketing capacity, ideally in the field of education. • Strong leadership qualities and the capacity to inspire and guide a group. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. • Adept in utilizing the platforms and resources for digital marketing.
