Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy Development: Craft and execute innovative digital strategies aligned with the company's objectives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Content Marketing: Develop compelling and relevant content across various digital platforms to attract and retain target audiences, driving conversion and brand loyalty.
  • Social Media Management: Implement effective social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer interaction, leveraging platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and enhance online visibility, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
  • Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to generate leads, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
  • Analytics and Performance Tracking: Utilize analytical tools to monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, generate actionable insights, and refine strategies for continuous improvement and success measurement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are advantageous.

- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and projects, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
