Daily responsibilities for the representative will include customer support, sales, training, and sales and marketing initiatives.
• Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, meet and exceed sales targets, and expand existing customer relationships. • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services, increase brand awareness, and drive lead generation. • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customers. • Lead Generation: Research and qualify new leads, convert leads into sales opportunities, and manage sales pipeline. • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform future sales and marketing strategies. • Brand Representation: Represent the company brand, values, and messaging consistently across all sales and marketing interactions.
