Sustainability Sector Manager

Overview

The chosen applicant will be in charge of a group of technical officers and coaches who will actively carry out sustainability initiatives in our cocoa supply chain. promoting the daily advancements and digitization of our firm.

Responsibilities

• Organize the execution of every program within the assigned sector. • Oversee coaches and technical officers • Oversee the completion of all KPIs (client program and certification). • Management of Stakeholders • Make ensuring that SOPs are adhered to in all actions. • Activity tracking and reporting • Weekly trips to every district • Make sure all farms are digitally onboarded and mapped at 100%.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Natural Resource Management, or a Similar Field. Having a master's degree is advantageous. • Competent with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office; Excel at an intermediate level with fundamental data analysis • Capacity to organize, lead, and oversee heterogeneous groups in order to produce outcomes • Strong leadership qualities, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, and effective people management • 80% of the time willing to travel, adaptable to relocation, and able to transfer to any of our operations locations • Relevant expertise in the cocoa industry regarding sustainability • Possess fluency in Twi, the indigenous language, and English • Possession of a current driver's license and project management experience
