Overview

Provide exceptional customer service, issue tickets, manage reservations, and handle passenger inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Issue and manage tickets, reservations, and refunds. • Provide customer service via phone, email, and in-person. • Manage check-in and boarding processes. • Verify passenger travel documents and identification. • Handle baggage check-in and claims. • Provide accurate flight information and schedules. • Manage flight disruptions and cancellations. • Adhere to airline policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent in sales or marketing • 1-2 years of experience in airline ticketing or customer service. • Proficiency in airline reservation systems. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
