A leading online news platform specializing in artificial intelligence and technology, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Manager to foster engagement and build a vibrant community around our content.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and nurture a positive and engaged community around the company’s content.
  • Respond to comments, questions, and messages across various platforms.
  • Manage and grow company’s social media presence.
  • Create and share content to drive community interaction.
  • Gather user feedback and insights to improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with the editorial team to address community concerns.
  • Plan and execute community events, challenges, and initiatives.
  • Encourage user-generated content and participation.
  • Identify and engage with community advocates and influencers.
  • Encourage positive word-of-mouth and brand advocacy.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in community management, preferably in the tech or media industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
