• High school Diploma or university degree. • Preferably a degree in business management, accounting, or a related discipline. • Two years of comparable experience working as a procurement officer. • Ability to purchase software and use Microsoft Office. • Strong interpersonal and negotiating abilities. • Strong ability to think strategically and analytically. • Pay close attention to the details. • Must be available to start work in 30 days or less.
