We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database, maintaining data integrity, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
• Accurately transferring data from a variety of sources, including digital files, spreadsheets, and paper documents, into computer systems and databases. • Checking the data for completeness and accuracy and fixing any inconsistencies or mistakes. • Keeping both digital and hard copy information efficiently organized. • Obtaining information from the database as needed and offering summaries or reports upon request. • Ensuring that all data is handled confidentially and in accordance with the company's data security policies and guidelines. • Recognizing and resolving fundamental problems with software or data entry systems. • Collaborating with other departments to guarantee the completeness and accuracy of the data. • Effective time management is necessary to fulfill deadlines and productivity goals.
• Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking • Typically, one needs a high school graduation or its equivalent. • A basic understanding of computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) • To guarantee that the data being input is accurate, close attention to detail is essential. • The capacity to methodically manage and arrange data. • Essential written and verbal communication abilities to interact with teammates and obey directions.
