We are seeking a facility officer to take care of properties
• Facility Management: Keep an eye on the day-to-day activities of the establishment and make sure that every system is operating effectively. • Oversee and arrange for the completion of maintenance duties, such as painting, cleaning, and repairs, using internal teams or outside contractors. • Safety Compliance: Perform routine audits and inspections to make sure the building and its surroundings adhere to safety laws and guidelines. • Administrative Support: Assist with budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks associated with facility operations. • Vendor management involves communicating with suppliers and service providers to guarantee the provision of high-quality services and contract compliance.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or a similar discipline. • Solid background in facility management or a related field. • Strong multitasking and organizing abilities. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. • Awareness of compliance requirements and safety rules. • Understanding ISO 1800 is beneficial.
