Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketers to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers via phone to generate leads, schedule appointments, and sell products or services. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products or services • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and close sales deals • Build rapport with customers, address concerns, and provide solutions • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets • Update customer information and sales records in CRM system • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred • 1-2 years of telemarketing or sales experience • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
