The marketing coordinator will help the marketing division with the planning, carrying out, and monitoring of marketing campaigns. To guarantee the success of campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives, this position requires a combination of creative and organizational abilities. The marketing coordinator will oversee digital marketing initiatives, plan events, help create marketing collateral, and monitor campaign metrics.
• Support for Campaigns: Help with the conception, creation, and implementation of marketing campaigns across a variety of media (email, social media, web, print, etc.). • Content Creation: Work together as a team to create marketing collateral like social media postings, blog entries, email newsletters, brochures, and presentations. • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and publicizing marketing events, including trade exhibitions, product launches, webinars, and promotional activities. • Digital marketing: Help with account management on social media, content creation online, search engine optimization, and campaign performance monitoring. • Analytics and Reporting: Use data like website traffic, email open rates, and social media engagement to monitor, track, and report on the success of marketing campaigns. • Vendor and Client Liaison: Organize interactions with outside partners, vendors, and clients to guarantee effective project management and communication. • Market research: Find patterns, competitive insights, and consumer preferences through research, then use the data to enhance marketing tactics. • Budget Management: Help oversee marketing budgets by processing bills, keeping track of expenses, and monitoring spending. • Administrative Support: Take care of day-to-day administrative duties for the marketing team, including setting up meetings and keeping marketing calendars updated.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a similar discipline. • Experience: It is preferred to have one to three years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar profession. • Strong communication skills, both in writing and speaking. • Knowledge of marketing technologies (such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and MailChimp). • Proficiency with content management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). • A basic knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, and SEM. • Strong attention to detail and organizing abilities. • The capacity to multitask and oversee several projects at once. • Familiarity with graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite. • Rudimentary understanding of WordPress, HTML, and other online platforms. • Expertise in organizing or coordinating events.
