Sales and Marketer

Overview

In addition to devising and implementing marketing plans, the marketer will also be in charge of maintaining social media platforms, gathering market data, producing interesting content, and tracking campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and increase brand awareness. • Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and optimize sales efforts. • Build Relationships with Travel Agents and Partners: Foster strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other industry partners to drive bookings and revenue. • Create and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, print, digital) to promote destinations, packages, and services. • Manage Sales Team and Performance: Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets, provide training and coaching, and monitor performance metrics. • Develop and Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on destinations, tour packages, and services offered by the company, and communicate this knowledge to customers and partners. • Convert Leads and Close Sales: Respond to customer inquiries, provide personalized travel recommendations, and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Content Creation, Market Research, and Marketing Strategy • Proficiency in Social Media Management and Campaign Analysis • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities • Capacity to fulfill deadlines and operate in a fast-paced environment • Gaining expertise in the travel and tourism sector is advantageous. • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline
