Overview

Assist the Head of Category/Head of Brand Development & Activation in creating and carrying out all brand plans in accordance with OU and regional brand strategy.

Responsibilities

• Use brand strategy in commerce to increase and maintain the profitability and performance of a brand. • Agency management for all brand-related campaigns to be executed effectively. • Using important consumer KPIs (market share, awareness, trial, attribute rating, etc.), track, manage, and report on brand performance while addressing weaknesses. • Assist in overseeing the New Product Development process for the Kenya and Uganda brands. • Encourage and oversee the Commercial Business Unit's brand portfolio products' pricing policy's execution. • Assist in the creation and, within regulations, implementation of the authorized brand Media & Consumer plan. • Assist with Product Life Cycle Management, focusing on residual minimization and demand forecasting. • To guarantee appropriate documentation and institutional memory, support brand operations and administrative procedures.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree. • Three to four years of proven experience as a trade, shopper, or brand activations degree holder. • IT knowledgeable, including familiarity with the MS Office suite of programs.
