Clinical Dietician

Overview

We are looking for a motivated Clinical Dietitian and Health Foods Program Manager to support us in expanding our clientele, managing specialty nutrition clinics, and making sure their health food store is profitable.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with individualized dietary consults, with a focus on managing chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. • Create and carry out meal plans customized for each patient's health requirements, making sure they may incorporate dietary supplements into their regimens. • As needed, modify strategies and offer follow-up treatment to guarantee long-lasting health gains. • Drive the company's internal and external health food product marketing and sales while emphasizing increasing consumer interaction. • Work together with suppliers to find medical supplies that support our nutritional philosophy and enhance patient results. • Create and oversee nutrition education initiatives that support the community and patient education goals of Erama Medical Center. • Work together to include nutritional therapy into patients' overall care by collaborating with hospital physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a similar discipline. • Dietitian registered (RD) with appropriate clinical background. • It is highly advantageous to have prior experience running a retail establishment or managing a health-related business. • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to uplift and instruct team members as well as clients. • Motivated by results, with an emphasis on expanding company activities and accomplishing goals. • Adaptable and versatile, having the capacity to successfully handle both operational and clinical tasks.
