In addition to managing market research and directing marketing initiatives across a variety of media, he or she will strategically contribute to the creation and execution of marketing plans for our different services. • Create, convey, and carry out the company's branding and marketing strategy in accordance with our operational objectives. • Create and put into action innovative marketing plans that increase brand equity, engagement, adoption, and conversion of your products. • Leverage digital marketing channels, technology, and analytics to drive marketing effectiveness and ROI. • You will oversee our external communications efforts and collaborate closely with the Brand & Marketing Communications Executive to make sure they promote brand, reputation, and business growth. • Develop a plan for thought leadership, events, PR, digital marketing communications, and events that support our vision and positively position the company's brand. • Create marketing communication products that are interesting, educational, and focused on the needs of the target audience. Examples of such materials include corporate profiles, key messages, customer presentations, brochures, videos, photo libraries, advertising copy, and print and digital content. • Organize creative and captivating storytelling in a variety of categories while managing several projects at once. • To determine consumer trends, competitive intelligence, and customer preferences, do market research. • Establish KPIs for the marketing division and report on the effectiveness of the marketing plan and different digital marketing channels to show the degree of success of a campaign. • Establish and maintain connections with agencies, media outlets, influencers, and other outside partners as needed for collaborative marketing initiatives. • When necessary, participate in creating the events' schedule and content. • Additional relevant tasks that may be allocated
• A bachelor's degree in brand management, marketing, or a similar subject; An advantage would be a master's degree with a marketing concentration. • More than five years of comprehensive experience in marketing or business development in progressively more responsible roles, with an emphasis on expanding the marketing reach. • Three to five years' experience in management or leadership; a track record of success in CMO or related managerial roles. • Proven expertise and success across many disciplines of marketing {Strategy, Brand Management & Development, Consumer Behaviour, Product Management, Digital/Social/Traditional media, Business Development}. • Excellent talents in lead generation, content marketing, marketing automation, direct marketing, and event marketing in both conventional and digital media. • an understanding of how dynamic the marketing and advertising landscape is and the capacity to swiftly modify plans in order to capitalize on these shifts. • proficiency with marketing technologies, such as SEM (search engine optimization), data analytics, website development, product branding, visual communication software, market research, and best practices for social media. • Ability to use marketing tools and strategies across digital (social media, for example) and non-digital (press, for example) platforms; adept at utilizing data analytics, digital channels, and consumer insights to produce compelling campaigns and content. • Capable of overseeing the execution of PR strategies, events, press conferences, and campaigns. • Familiarity in overseeing multi-brand portfolios and multi-layer advertising strategies.
