We are looking for a seasoned hospitality manager to handle day-to-day operations, guarantee first-rate guest experiences, and boost sales. Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities will define the perfect applicant.
Operations: • Oversee front- and back-of-house activities to guarantee smooth service provision. • In charge of employee development, training, and performance monitoring. • Uphold strict standards for maintenance, safety, and cleanliness. • Put operational standards, processes, and policies into practice. Guest Experience: • Make sure that every guest is extremely satisfied and that any comments or issues are addressed right away. • Create and put into action guest loyalty initiatives. • Develop a good rapport with stakeholders, vendors, and visitors. Leadership: • Guide, inspire, and assist hospitality groups. • Encourage a culture of creativity, cooperation, and excellence. • Work together with other departments to accomplish organizational goals.
• HND or above in business administration, hospitality management, or a similar discipline. • Five or more years of experience managing a hotel, ideally in a senior leadership position. • A track record of increasing income and raising visitor happiness. • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities. • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. • The capacity to work on holidays, weekends, and evenings.
