HSEQ Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) Manager to join our oil and gas team. As an HSEQ Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our HSEQ management system to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain our HSEQ management system, including policies, procedures, and standards • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies • Lead and manage the HSEQ team, including training, development, and performance management • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify areas for improvement • Develop and implement corrective actions to address HSEQ incidents and non-conformities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and projects • Develop and manage HSEQ metrics, reports, and dashboards • Ensure effective communication and engagement with employees, contractors, and stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HSEQ management in the oil and gas industry • Strong understanding of HSEQ principles, standards, and regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc.) • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
