To guarantee effective cost management inside the resort, the cost controller will be in charge of responsibilities pertaining to cost control, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze and review financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for cost reduction. • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and control. • Cost Reporting: Provide regular cost reports to management, highlighting variances, and recommending corrective actions. • Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement cost-reduction initiatives to improve profitability. • Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms with vendors and suppliers to ensure best value for the organization. • Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure accurate financial reporting.
