We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead our procurement team in sourcing and acquiring goods, services, and works that meet our organization's needs. As a Procurement Manager, you will develop and implement effective procurement strategies, build strong relationships with suppliers, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives • Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals to achieve procurement targets • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and cost performance • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements • Develop and manage procurement budgets and forecasts • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and laws • Implement and maintain procurement systems and processes • Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics • Identify and mitigate procurement risks
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or related field • 5+ years of experience in procurement management • Professional certification in procurement (e.g. CIPS, ISM) • Strong leadership and management skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Proficiency in procurement software and systems
