Steer clear of misselling. • Make sure clients are successfully brought on board and kept with Affinity over their entire life cycle. • Make sure that all KYC and AML criteria are met, that all necessary documentation is provided for each client in the portfolio, both before the account is opened and moving forward. • To stop fraud, proactively use consumer information.
