The Business Credit Officer (BCO) generates excellent leads that are converted into loans and oversees the repayment of these loans until they are paid off. To put it simply, a BCO sells SME-registered enterprises high-quality loans. Serving as a point of contact between the business and the client, the BCO looks after client relations and makes sure that Affinity's interests are safeguarded. Responsibilities

• In order to offer pertinent, specialized financial solutions, it is important to comprehend the customer's business and industry. • Process customer demands and paperwork needs with accuracy and efficiency. • builds and preserves positive connections with each and every customer. • Create and put into action a schedule for phoning every customer in the portfolio. • Create and oversee a pipeline of prospective clients for Affinity. • Provide clients with loan options depending on their needs. • Make sure the solutions or goods you provide consumers meet their demands and that they are aware of the costs and how the items function. Steer clear of misselling. • Make sure clients are successfully brought on board and kept with Affinity over their entire life cycle. • Make sure that all KYC and AML criteria are met, that all necessary documentation is provided for each client in the portfolio, both before the account is opened and moving forward. • To stop fraud, proactively use consumer information.

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an approved university in any field • Two (2) or more years' worth of experience managing relationships in the SME sector • At least a year's worth of experience working in a risk or credit setting. • Powerful relationship-building and sales abilities • Sharp analytical mind and critical thinker • An enthusiastic and imaginative problem-solver • Outstanding planning abilities to guarantee efficient loan portfolio planning. • A robust network to accelerate the growth of quality loans as quickly as feasible. • Strong commercial sense to make sure the portfolio adds value for the company • Focuses on the little things. • Very self-assured and assertive. • A sharp intellect that is eager to learn and adjust to new circumstances. • A solid grasp of credit risk management and financial statement analysis.
