Junior Marketing Specialist

Overview

In your role as a junior marketing specialist, you will support the implementation of marketing plans and initiatives that promote growth, engagement, and brand recognition. For someone who is passionate about marketing and is ready to learn and develop in a fast-paced work environment, this entry-level role is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the creation and execution of marketing initiatives across a variety of media (email, social media, digital advertising, etc.). • Find new possibilities and improve current strategy by conducting market research and trend analysis. • Assist with the generation of content by writing copy for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media. • Campaign performance is tracked and reported on, along with suggestions for enhancement. • Work together with the marketing team to guarantee message that is impactful and consistent with the brand. • Maintain and make updates to CRM and marketing database systems. • Help in planning and directing marketing campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a similar discipline, or comparable work experience. • One to two years of experience in marketing or a similar industry (relevant projects and internships are also taken into account). • A fundamental knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and marketing principles. • Strong communication abilities, both in writing and speaking. • Expertise in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and knowledge of marketing technologies (such as social media management platforms and Google Analytics) are advantages. • Capacity to function both alone and collaboratively, with excellent multitasking and organizing abilities. • A passion for learning about and being current with best practices and developments in marketing.
