Machine Operator

Overview

In addition to running machinery and making sure quality control procedures are followed, the machine operator will also be in charge of efficiently coordinating with other team members. In order to meet manufacturing objectives, the function entails working with the production team and utilizing hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery, ensuring proper configuration and settings. • Monitor machine performance, detecting and addressing issues promptly. • Load and unload materials, products, or parts, following safety protocols. • Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas. • Inspect products for quality and defects, reporting any issues. • Follow safety procedures and guidelines, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Requirements

• Skills related to operating machines and machinery • Proficiency in Quality Control and Effective Communication • Working knowledge of Hand Tools • Capacity to pay attention to details and adhere to instructions • Prior manufacturing experience and familiarity with safety measures and processes • A technical machine operating certification is advantageous. • Reliability and efficiency
