Responsibilities

Respond to general and service questions via chat, email, and phone. 
Deliver top-notch client support.
Investigate swiftly and expertly handle any complaints or difficulties from customers. 
Varied and adaptable responsibilities. 
There will be on-the-job training available. 
Preference is given to experience.

Requirements

Strong computer abilities, good administration, and first-rate customer service. 
The capacity to act independently and without direction.
Sincere, dependable, and capable of working in a small group. 
Adaptable and flexible mindset when the business creates new goods and initiatives and roles and responsibilities change. 
Capacity and desire to learn about work-related topics through self-improvement and other people's experiences.
