Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons to students of varying ages and abilities • Develop and implement engaging curriculum, assessments, and evaluations • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student participation and engagement • Assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness • Provide individualized support and feedback to students, parents, and guardians • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area • Teaching certification or license (where applicable) • Proven teaching experience (desired) • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs
