Cashier

Overview

To join our team, we are looking for a highly precise cashier that is customer-focused. Being the initial point of contact for a large number of clients, you will be in charge of giving outstanding customer service, managing transactions quickly, and keeping your workplace neat and orderly.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register area and surrounding shelves • Count and reconcile cash, credit card receipts, and mobile payments at the start and end of each shift • Operate a point-of-sale system, handling returns, exchanges, and voids as needed • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role • HND in Accounting • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple transactions simultaneously • Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
