Cash Controller

Overview

The Cash Controller will oversee the Free Cash Flow (FCF) planning process, facilitate the business unit's Free Cash Flow performance evaluations, and work with the business services team to evaluate opportunities and risks. You will answer directly to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in this capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily cash operations, including cash receipts, payments, and reconciliations. • Monitor and control cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds to meet business needs. • Develop and implement cash management policies, procedures, and internal controls. • Reconcile bank statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies. • Process and manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date cash records, including ledgers and journals.

Requirements

• Master's degree in finance or accounting • A track record of success as a cash controller or in a related position Strong business sense • Outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities • Understanding of pertinent financial rules and standards for compliance
