• Keep complete and accurate financial records, including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. • Create and handle purchase orders, invoices, and payment transactions. • Bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records should all be reconciled. • Help with year-end and month-end closure processes. • For management review, create financial reports and evaluate financial data. • Assure adherence to pertinent laws, accounting standards, and corporate rules. • Make sure all tax regulations are followed to the fullest, notably the one about withholding taxes on transactions. • Activities related to accounts payable and accounts receivable are tracked and managed. • Attend to financial questions and assist internal stakeholders. • Work together on system upgrades and process innovations with the finance team. • Collaborate closely with the auditor to gather and supply all financial records and data required for the audit. • Speaking with customers about invoices and payments • Keep up on developments in the accounting business, best practices, and regulatory changes. • Gain a thorough understanding of regulatory standards and statutory tax duties. • Keep up with any ongoing assignments as assigned • Make sure that all records on the company's systems are kept current at all times.
• A minimum of an accounting bachelor's degree. • Strong Quick Books application and knowledge. • Two to five years of solid job experience in an accounting, accounts officer, or related position • Strong understanding of bookkeeping procedures, financial reporting, and accounting principles. • Adept at utilizing the MS Office Suite and accounting tools, with a strong foundation in Excel • Outstanding organizing abilities to keep precise, thorough, and transparent financial data • The ability to multitask and pay attention to detail are essential for managing several accounts, bills, and payments. • Excellent computing knowledge and abilities • Strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking strong ability to manage time and organize tasks, as well as meeting deadlines. • Exceptional communication abilities both in writing and speaking. • The capacity to operate both alone and cooperatively in a group. • High standards of professionalism and ethics.
