• Create and Improve Survey Tools for the Research Field: Work together with the Principal Investigators to carry out pilot studies on digital parenting and online safety. In order to efficiently collect data for theme assignments, offer input on field operations and make adjustments to survey tools. • Lead Field Research Activities: Arrange and carry out field research activities, which include supervising data collecting on subjects including digital parenting, kid-related threats on the internet, and practical methods for protecting children online, as well as training field personnel and managing team logistics. • Maintain Adherence to Data Quality procedures in Research: To guarantee the correctness and dependability of data gathered on digital safety and kid online protection, conduct high frequency inspections, oversee data quality audits, and implement data quality procedures. • Data Analysis to Inform Digital Parenting methods: To detect trends and hazards in digital safety and kid online protection, as well as to design successful digital parenting methods, analyze quantitative and qualitative data from surveys, interviews, and focus groups. • Work Together on Reports and Policy Suggestions: Collaborate with colleagues to provide thorough reports and policy suggestions based on research results in the fields of digital safety, kid online safety, and digital parenting. • Talk to Important Stakeholders to Get Complete Insights: Engage educators, parents, and kids in conversations to acquire a variety of viewpoints on online hazards and digital safety. Then, use these findings to guide research and create focused tactics. • Keep Up with Advances in Child Psychology and Digital Technology: To make sure that research is up to date and pertinent, keep up with the most recent advancements in digital technology, child psychology, and online safety trends. • Systematic Storage of Research Data and Outputs: Comply with ethical guidelines and data protection laws while storing all research data and outputs pertaining to digital parenting and child safety online in a private, secure way.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, psychology, statistics, sociology, or a related discipline. • Shown research expertise in initiatives with a social focus. • Good analytical abilities and knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research techniques. • Exceptional communication abilities both in writing and speaking. • Adept in using digital tools and research software. • It would be ideal to have knowledge of both child development and the psychological effects of digital technology. • It is necessary to have at least two years of job experience. • Capacity to operate both individually and together in a group setting.
