Daily responsibilities for the Business growth Executive will include account management, lead creation, business communication, and new business growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to drive growth and expansion. • Develop and execute business development strategies, plans, and pitches to secure new clients, projects, and partnerships. • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry leaders to foster partnerships and collaborations. • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and stay up-to-date on competitor activity to inform business development strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to align business development efforts with company goals. • Track and report on business development progress, metrics, and performance to optimize strategies and achieve targets.

Requirements

• Skills in Lead Generation and New Business Development • Strong communication and business acumen • Proficiency in Account Management with outstanding interpersonal and negotiating abilities, able to establish and nurture customer relationships • A demonstrated history of hitting and surpassing sales goals • A bachelor's degree in business administration or an equivalent discipline; prior experience in a comparable position is advantageous • A bonus is having knowledge of the Ms Ofifice package and CRM
