Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing applications, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of paperwork, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the healthcare application portfolio is managed and that it is in line with corporate goals and best used. • Plan, organize, and carry out the deployment of new healthcare apps, guaranteeing prompt and cost-effective delivery. • Ensure excellent performance and availability by supervising the upkeep and support of the current healthcare apps. • Assure the smooth integration of medical apps with our current systems and infrastructure. • Create and put into action a thorough Bl strategy that is in line with the aims and objectives of the company. • Conduct research, create, execute, and oversee software projects. • Work together as a team to generate ideas and produce new goods or services. • Every day, keep an eye on all production services and apps. • Examine the company's present technological setup and create procedures and improvements to enhance and broaden its use. • Oversee the creation of documentation and software.

Requirements

• IT and computer science first degree. • Professional Certification in Computer Science and Information Technology (minimum qualification). • Three to four years of technical team leadership experience • Work experience in a fast-paced, Agile DevOps setting. • Support across a variety of platforms for both internal and external clients. • The capacity to pick up new technology fast
