The sales executive will be in charge of locating and seizing new business prospects, preserving connections with clients, and hitting sales goals. Promoting corporate training, consulting, publishing, student development, and recruiting services are all part of the job description.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of products or services, industry trends, and competitor activity to effectively communicate value to customers. • Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their business requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs. • Create and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase products or services and negotiate pricing and terms. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and retain business. • Track and report sales activity, pipeline growth, and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and meet business objectives.
• Competencies in customer relationship management, sales, and business development • Outstanding negotiating and communication abilities • Familiarity with consulting, training, and hiring services • Ability to perform under pressure and reach sales goals; prior experience in the corporate training or education sectors is advantageous. • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline
