The Security Coordinator will be in charge of managing on-site activities, security awareness, physical security, and security management.
• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies. • Coordinate with security personnel, law enforcement, and emergency responders to respond to incidents and ensure compliance with regulations. • Manage access control systems, including keycard systems, CCTV cameras, and alarm systems. • Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees and stakeholders to promote a culture of security. • Investigate security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and other security breaches, and provide recommendations for prevention and improvement.
• Proficiency in Physical Security and Security Management • Knowledge of Security Awareness • Understanding the fundamentals of information security and cybersecurity • strong ability to solve problems and make decisions • outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities • Proficiency in teamwork Possessing pertinent credentials, such as the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), is advantageous. • It is beneficial to have prior expertise in the facilities management or security services industries.
